Returns & Policies

Here at we want our customers to be really happy with their purchases,
So we created these policies for your protection:

  1. If your purchase does not fit we will gladly exchange it. You just have to ship it back to us. You may also put the cost towards a custom order if you wish. There is a 30 day limit from date of purchase for exchanges.
  2. If your parcel arrives damaged we will gladly exchange it, repair it and in certain circumstances we will give a full refund. This is at the discretion of the company. Again there is a 30 day limit from date of purchase for exchanges.
  3. By following our cleaning instructions you should find that your piece of art to wear will last a long time. It is strongly recommended to follow these instructions. We will not be held responsible for pieces that have not been cared for properly.
  4. All gift certificates and exchanges on account are eligible for one year, then they expire.
  5. With all custom orders there is a 50% deposit from the estimated cost to be paid up front. The rest on delivery, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you will receive a 25% refund with retaining the remaining 25% for costs involved.
